The Synthesizers/ROMplers Used:

-Roland S-550
-Roland S-760 with SCSI2SD emulating the Roland CD-5
-LCD-1 Disc
-Fairlight CMI III Library (There are a number of Fairlight sounds used like the Accordion, and the Conga sample)
-Akai S1000 Library
-Akai CD 3000
-Best Services Giga Pack Vol 1 and Vol 2
-Invision Lightware Volume 1
-Bob Clearmountain's Drums
-Kurzweil K1200 Pro 1
-Kurzweil K2000 with Orchestral and Contemporary ROMsets
-Korg M1
-Masterbits Climax Collection Vol. 2 Classic (For the Pizzicato Bass)
-Emulator EIII

According to tssf, the only unfound samples were:

-Crash Cymbal – I just couldn't figure out where it came from. Maybe it will be like FF6's crowd mumble sound where I find it randomly one day shortly after the album release
-Snare Drum – I actually scoured every library I could find in a date range before 1995. I even asked a prolific game composer to ask Mr. Mitsuda where it came from. In the end, Mitsuda-san said that there were a number of sounds he actually sampled.
-Tick Tock sound – I cheated. I'm using the game's sample except upsampled.
-The Glassy Pad sound in the Future timeline music tracks are actually a sample from Giga Pack, however I went one step further and recreated the sound from chipsynth OPS7, using parameters from the SY77, the original synthesizer that created that sample.
