When my friends at LastBoss88 came up with Shinorubi's game concept (bullet hell, danmaku, or manic shooter), I knew my usual, laid-back, and melancholic hip-hop style of music wouldn't fit.

With the help of Romuald Genevois (game director), we found the artistic formula for the soundtrack: a mix between the influences taken from Cobra Space Adventure, hardstep drum and bass, and Brian May.
