This album was created back in 1999, and was originally going to be released along side the video game. This album includes music, sound, and dialogue from the game, put together in a linear story format.
Acclaim ultimately decided not to release it, and there is only one physical copy in existence.
With it being a single CD release it was never intended as a complete works, which was actually produced many years later, and can be found elsewhere on Bandcamp.
