Preorder only. The album was originally to be sold in a boxset with other four Gouketsuji OSTs,
but due to manufacturing costs the OSTs were preordered/released separatedly.
Each album was 2000Y, but ordering all five at the same time would cost 8500Y with a special calendar included (limited quantities).

2004/12/10: preorders start.
2005/01/17: preorders end.
2005/02/17: sent, sales finished (no new orders accepted).
