CD-R promo handed out at a Konami press event in London, UK in April 2003, and perhaps also at other press events in Europe. The insert is of high paper quality, and can be opened to reveal an image of the church and lyrics to the two vocal tracks.

The disc is very similar to the American CD-R version. The difference is that the URL on the disc and insert is changed from konami-europe.com to konami.com on the American version.
