Well alright then, let's get it down:

1) Boss Rush is based on Final Fantasy IV's Boss theme, but it also references Cave Story's Last Boss.
2) Escaping Jealousy includes Parsee's theme Green-Eyed Jealousy from Touhou 11: Subterranean Animism and Reisen's theme Invisible Full Moon from Touhou 8: Imperishable Night.
3) Small Boss, Big Beatz includes the Boss theme from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap and Molgera from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker.
4) Battle Over Mt. Dedede includes the Kabula battle from Kirby Super Star Ultra, but also references the Mini Boss theme from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards.
5) Ghost Eater includes the Tubba Blubba battle theme from Paper Mario as well as the Doopliss battle theme from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.
6) Challenge the Frontier Brains is based on the Frontier Brain Battle theme from Pokemon Emerald.
7) Strange Wobbly Inflatable Thing is based on the Mr. Patch battle theme in Banjo Tooie.
8) Goemon Mystics includes the Dharumanyo/Tsurami Boss battle theme and a bit of I am Impact, each from Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon.

10) Heroes of Weyard is based on the Regular Battle theme in Golden Sun: Dark Dawn.
11) Block Drop Battle is referencing the theme of the 3 boss-like bad guys you battle in the cave in Tetris Attack.
12) Sound of the General includes General Guy's battle theme from Paper Mario and Guile's theme from Street Fighter II.
13) Lord Woo Fak Bounce is based on the Lord Woo Fak Fak battle theme in Banjo Tooie.
14) Egyptian Zombie is based on Yoshika's theme Rigid Paradise from Touhou 13: Ten Desires, but it also references Pharaoman's stage from Megaman 4 and Gobi's Valley from Banjo Kazooie.
15) Finally, New Age Knights is based on the Team Plasma Grunt battle theme from Pokemon Black/White and references Double Trouble from Pokemon Puzzle League.
