Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari was released in the US as River City Ransom and in Europe as Street Gangs.

Tracks 1-13 are compiled from the original game music and arranged by Takahito Abe. Tracks 14-21 are upgraded arranged versions. Tracks 25-33 are upgraded versions from the arcade version's synthesizer.
