"The creation of "Our Curiosity" came about when Jeff and I discovered a mutual love and passion for artistic expression of scientific achievement. Jeff had already been regularly writing for Wired Magazine and was regularly engaged with the Curiosity mission team, so we brainstormed on what we might do. We arrived at, "why not a produce a sort of filmic love letter??"

After months of working on a script, producing VO recordings with the outstanding Neil deGrasse Tyson and Felicia Day, crafting the music (which was spectacularly performed by the amazing orchestra in Nashville) and editing together the final video, here it is! Huge thank you to the various entities on the Curiosity team, at JPL and CalTech for their support of this project!

I hope this glimpse into the amazing achievements (and continued ambitions) of the Mars Curiosity Rover offers as much inspiration to you as it does to Jeff and me."
