Notes
"Project Ages is compilation of my many video game music remix/covers tributes made in the past six years. I have decided to re-release some of those tracks into themed albums in order to facilitate listeners to pick their own game/genre and listen to the music of those videogames and/or composers.
Many years before "Final Fantasy VII" made the genre popular in the west 18 years ago, I was already terribly hooked in the genre called JRPG. In the 16 bit age, the games of its kind offered unparallelled value for money, with weeks of gameplay worth inside the SNES or Megadrive cartridges often with battery backups to save your progress as you moved the adventure along. If there was an aspect of these type of games that remains constant besides the sense of wonder it's the fantastic music that comes along with them. This album is a compilation of my many incursions into covering the music of such amazing games. I hope it brings you some epic, stats boosted filled memories!" - Shiryu
