"Max Petrosky has been creating original electronic music for over a decade, he's been a fan of Stéphane Picq's MegaRace soundtrack even longer.
Mr. Picq's original compositions for MegaRace have always been a huge source of inspiration for Max, so when the opportunity came to re-record and rearrange the tracks for the game series' reboot, he was both excited and deeply humbled.
In addition to Max's musical talents, he's also a very gifted programmer. Using specialized programs, Max was able to reverse engineer the original game assets, and re-construct each song piece by piece.
This album contains re-arrangements and re-recordings of the original compositions by painstakingly transcribing each and every note. In other words, Max re-created the songs from scratch."
