Notes

This album appears to be based on the UK CDV 2815 release, and confusingly enough has "WipEout 2097 THE SOUNDTRACK" on the front cover instead of "WipEout XL", which is what the game is called in Japan and the US. The obi and spine however, do say WipEout XL Original Soundtrack (or ワイプアウトXL オリジナル・サウンドトラック).

The booklet is mostly in English (again containing the name "WipEout 2097"), but a Japanese insert is included that mentions both "WipEout XL" and "WipEout 2097".

Considering the game was called "WipEout XL" in Japan, that is the name it has been catagorized under in the database.
