Japanese composer, music producer & vocal trainer.

First became active in 1973 as the bassist & vocalist for the folk rock band NORA, continuing to work as a composer after NORA's disbandment.
He later joined the rock band NOBODY as a bassist and chorus member.
Matsuda debuted as a solo artist in 1984 and released two albums, also becoming part of a music unit called "Face two Face."
Following that group's disbandment, work continued as a composer and music producer.
