Swedish bubblegum dance group that debuted their first single "Butterfly" which later Konami licensed to appear in its release of Dance Dance Revolution (1998). They marketed their album in Denmark hinting the '.dk' tag on their group name.

'Butterfly' was a hit and became very popular in Japan. The group was then recognized later on by others globally since SMiLE.dk's other singles were later released in subsequent Dance Dance Revolution mixes.

Although it has had a share of different members over the years, Veronica Almqvist remains since its start.

After a period of inactivity the group was revived in October 2008 with their new album "Party Around The World". A little over four months later, they collaborated with Naoki Maeda for an exclusive song for DanceDanceRevolution X titled, "A Geisha's Dream".
