Part of Toshiba's Dancemania Crew, they remixed works in the 'SPEED' series and have handled licensed songs and Konami Originals which were cross featured in the Dancemania CD compilations.

'KCP' might refer to as an acronym with the following definition:

K = K.O.G / Kohji Morita
C = C-Jah / Satoshi Nakamura
P = Power

This could be the true significance of the acronym as the team was first initiated by Kohji and Satoshi. Also an alias in other Dancemania compilations under "KC Power" further cements this assumption.

Akira Kanazawa (MOMO) appears to have joined the team later on, although the crew's name was unchanged accommodating as a member.

KCP focuses on higher BPM on their mixes. Even low BPM dance songs were remixed into successful high BPM.
