Hiroshi Okubo is a composer and sound designer who joined NAMCO in 1994. He is best known for serving as the lead composer and sound director of the Ridge Racer series, and has also worked on several other BANDAI NAMCO franchises including Ace Combat, Tekken, Katamari, and The IDOLM@STER. He joined BANDAI NAMCO Research in 2019 and serves as an Executive Producer.

Outside of his game work, he is the owner of the doujin music circle nanosounds and has provided music for numerous doujin albums, as well as doing DJ sets.
