Composer at INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS. In 2007, he left the company to work as a freelance sound creator for TV and commercials. After four years of freelancing, in 2011, he returned to INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS.

On August 18, 2011, he married former INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS composer Chika Sekigawa and subsequently changed his surname from Hirano to Sekigawa.
