Yuni began activity in April of 2009 creating Vocaloid music as "Yuni-P" (ゆにP), and still produces Vocaloid music to this day.

He also makes occasional appearances in Doujin compilation albums as a composer and arranger.

Yuni has started two units/labels with vocalist & designer Nene Akagawa (赤川ねね), with tokyo babel (formerly known as Babel) in early 2013, and Alice Schach and the Magic Orchestra in 2014. He handles composition, arrangement, lyrics, programming, and engineering for both units.

He is also a pianist & guitarist.
