Composer at Nichibutsu. He joined the company in the mid 80's as a graphic designer, but some time after composing the name entry theme for Kid's Horehore Adventure, he moved to the sound department.
Semba was mainly involved with arcade mahjong games and home console games such as the F1 Circus series.
