Now that there's a Ryo Fukuda working at SEGA, a name to point out in special thanks is... Ryo Fukuda. They can be seen in the same screenshot as the other sound people given special thanks.

However, Fukuda's not in the same group as them. Instead, they're a bit higher up in a lineup of people I've yet to see receive further or past credits, so it's not enough to go off and say "yeah, that's the same Ryo Fukuda!". But those could all be brand newcomers/part-time helpers...
