actually, strange thing is the manga has "his" but not anime
I guess "his" should be removed from any stuff

No, it shouldn't, Sentai Filmworks licensed it as "The Comic Artist and His Assistants" so it stays for the moment. Licensed title has higher priority than the logo.

ah I see, still that localization priority nonsense
but if the ost cover hasn't "his", it should be removed regardless

If the OST cover doesn't have it, of course you can remove it from (display) album title line. In products field and on this product page it stays unless Sentai changes it.
