I noticed something interesting, on this soundtrack the vocal theme used in the final episode is titled "somewhere in the world," but on the
Vox OST & in the episode credits it is instead titled as just "somewhere."
Edit: Turns out that "Somewhere" is the English version while "Somewhere in the World" is the Japanese version.
