Concerning Mono no Aware, if I remember correctly that one surfaced rather quickly. I think KonserthusetPlay had the complete track.

What baffles me is that, even though it's just SQEX material, there are licensing issues. So far I had the impression that SQEX was safe ground with respect to licensing.

There's a lot of rumours online that there are licensing issues with "Eyes On Me". The fact that there was a
Japanese vinyl release of the song by Universal Music (who now owns the EMI label) in 2017, seemingly with no association to Square Enix whatsoever, would lend credence to that theory.
Question is, how then could numerous Square Enix albums, such as this album, include the song over the years?
