The booklet prints (石亀"恊"子), but I'm not sure if it refers to (石亀'協'子) Kyoko Ishigame a violinist.
However, in Traditional Chinese, '恊' (異體字) is a variant of '協'. I'm not sure if this is also the case in Japanese.
