So, while playing this game for the first time I noticed how amazing the music is, especially the new arrangements compared to the NGC version, which is also available to listen while playing. The original songs were pretty good on their own, but the Switch version really benefits from the new arrangements, I think these might be even better than the Super Mario RPG OST by Shimomura and co.

So, my question is, as we all are aware of Nintendo's soundtrack release history... how are the chances, that they might release a soundtrack for this? Or maybe put it up on NSO? There are quite a lot of tracks, so if they do a physical release it might be a gigantic box set, similar to Tears of the Kingdom (especially if they decide to add the NGC version as well, which also haven't been released). The only Paper Mario release we have is the first one for the N64. A remaster or remake always is a good opportunity to make up for something, like to publish an unreleased soundtrack in this case. But knowing Nintendo, this probably won't happen, even if the game itself was quite successful. On the other side, the game was made by Intelligent Systems, right? And they started to publish their own soundtracks since a few years with the Fire Emblem series, am I correct? Paper Mario is probably only a niche product as their focus lies on FE.
