Regarding the bridge issue, it's a matter of taste. In my modest opinion, I think "Gojo Ohashi Bridge" is more adequate (even if this translation is a bit redundant), furthermore there is a pic that reinforces my belief:
I don't know very much about castle terminology, but I trust in your word, so 'Castle Tower' will be changed into 'Castle Keep'.
I understand your point in the surname-first thing and I share it. So, I'll change it to fit into the style of
this site.
