I have fixed the pin broken with a transparent scotch while plastic teeth are impossible to glue since they are too thin. Now I have this situation

I think I can only stop the disc using paper scotch from two of four little fingers holes, but I'm afraid that residual glue can be deposited on the disc.
Any suggestion?

Damn euro Psx double cases (like this common: ) miss the four fingers holes.
Do you know a Japanese cheap PSX game that use that kind of box?
