There's an inconsistency with this name: Atsushi Maezuka (モンスター 前塚).
In Japanese, it is written Monster Maezuka. He changed his stage name in the mid 90s. In some games he is credited with the first name and others with the second name.

前塚 あつし/前塚 厚志 = Atsushi Maezuka (the two ways of writing are correct)
モンスター 前塚 = Monster Maezuka
Here's the link for the Maezuka's blog: http://monster-maezuka.cocolog-nifty.com/

About the company, 株式会社明響社 means Kabushikigaisha Meikyosha, name that be translated as Meikyosha Corporation (Co. Ltd.) or Meikyosha Group. Today, the name's company is 株式会社ネステージ (Nestage Co. Ltd.)
