So if the Spine Card was available for first print, it can't be the same of second print because you say that it is outside the sleeve and calendar so it should have the middle portion (the one that touch the side) larger than the normal one.
Jap-sai do you still have that copy listed on your site? Please, could you make a make a photo of the obi like final proof?
