I don't really understand the "hoka" part, if it's a modifier or honorofic of some sort but the kanji is for Chisa Yokoyama. Could it mean "The other Chisa Yokoyama"?. The parenthesis is "Teikoku Kagekidan", I believe this is the name of a "group" in Sakura Taisen and this group is separated into divisions (Flower, Wind, Moon, Dream, Rose Divisions). I really don't understand much about Sakura Taisen, this is just from the wiki.
