Thank you for correcting the name of M-02 which I have made a mistake in.
I have some scans(incomplete) from the Booklet which can credit the composition and so forth. But I don't think I have the permission to upload it here, because I get them from a PT tracker.
While, some of them are classic jazz songs, you may search the names of them on wiki or any places else, and then you would get aware of the composition.
