Just to be 100% clear on the yozakura/sakura thing, the original title of the track for EX was 夜桜満開 (yozakura mankai), and the arrangement for EX Plus was retitled "SAKURA MANKAI" in English (a few other tracks got new titles too, as Despatche mentioned). We should definitely be going with "Yozakura Mankai" here, since this is using the original title.

Also, I would completely disregard kyubi's furble farble about "maiuta." Yes if you decompose 舞歌 into the words 舞 and 歌 they would be read mai and uta, but this is a compound word and that is totally not at all how you determine the pronunciation of compound words. Buka is perfectly reasonable. In fact, if you reverse the characters, you get the word 歌舞, which would usually be read kabu (like kabuki). I don't think any of the albums give us a reading as a definitive answer, but JASRAC has it registered as tenkyaku buka.
