This album title needed to be changed to the proper format for an "artist album". I can't remember exactly which part is supposed to go on what side of the slash, but I think I got it.
EDIT: Also, where does the catalog number come from? I've seen another source listing it as "POFT-01", though that seems incorrect, given the acronym.
