Correcting the tracklist / notes
The original tracklist seemed to be based on reading the official website's tracklist as two separate columns, from the top to the bottom.
However, the correct tracklist is actually read left-to-right across each row (6 rows), as the CD tracklist proves.
I have also updated the album notes to reflect the new track numbers.
(edit: all of the original track lengths were correct, so I don't really understand how the track order/names were messed up... :P)
