Oh. I am agree it's hard to find adequate names for scans.
I thought it was a folded booklet of 4 pages large, which folds into 2, and 2.
On the example bellow: "Double Gate Fold"
.
We can use "Disc 1 Tray", "Disc 2 Tray". booklet should be renamed if it's not like i thought.
