Default TCS-0019: Technosoft GAME MUSIC COLLECTION VOL.5 ~ ThunderForce IV 2014...
I have this one (Thunder Force IV is one of my personal favorites), and it's the same as the Thunder Force III re-release (I have this one also). It's the same tracklist + a 2014 arrange song at the end. Both soundtracks come in a slim cd case like the ones you find in the Gradius Ultimate Collection box.
