Meguro composed the tracks and Atsushi Kitajoh, Toshiki Konishi, Ryota Koduka and Kenichi Tsuchiya arranged the tracks, each did one track (in the order I listed). And game's
staff roll gives Main Composer credits to Kenji Ito and Shoji Meguro. So probably Ito's stuff is from the original Devil Survivor 2 and Meguro did the new tunes for the game.
