In the booklet the arranger is credited as "Yusuke Homma Project" rather than just Yusuke Homma. That "project" must include those two.

Maruyama arranged for Honma drama series
Furuhata Ninzaburo but there could be probably more TV & anime series.
I am surprised that Maruyama & Hirano didn´t get proper arranger credits.
