I think you just messed up a copy/paste here, because Okunari names Nakabayashi, not T.A (especially considering the above comment about T.A).
Also, Okunari is weirdly indirect about this one: he says "it's said that Tohru Nakabayashi was responsible for music." On the face of it, it seems like he's not making a definitive statement, but it also could just be cutesy phrasing because he likes to vary the way he names the composers instead of saying "the music was by X" every single time. I'm not really sure.

I honestly missed that, mostly because I can't read the majority of this. I'm just looking for where they mention "music" and then trying to check for the names that pop up. I thought it said that T.A did both Baseball League and Dunk Shot in the same paragraph.
