I definitely agree, there's really no point in creating these units, the members list is enough.
It starts making sense if they're credited in a bunch of albums like the one you linked, or for example
Rhodanthe* (they even released a full album), but just for a single and maybe the tv-size version on the OST, we never create them because there's no point. We don't really want to have the artist pages filled with one-off units memberships, or the million sub-units from franchises such as IDOLM@STER.
Moved the members list in the singles and removed the unit.
