CDJ will do a physical disc replacement if you ship the disc back to them, they have an RMA process. If you're willing to spend the shipping cost to send your disc back to Japan, tell them your Bluray player doesn't have an internet connection and they should be able to do it for you. For me, it added an additional $17 to the cost of whatever I paid originally for the disc + shipping. Their RMA time length limitation is 1 month so you'll need to make sure it gets to Japan and clears your country and Japans customs in that timeframe, otherwise CDJ will cancel the RMA. CDJ said they received my package a few days ago and I'm just waiting for them to send the replacement back to me.
Even if for some reason CDJ refuses to do it, I'm sure you can find a middleman service that will do it for you. It's really just going to come down to whether the cost of shipping it back to Japan is worth it for you.
