Pretty sure they weren't renamed from the original library. Perhaps you only got the selection of samples from DVD1 of World Pack somehow, and it was just simply labeled as "Ethnic Flavours" even though it's-- I'm guessing--the first set of selected samples from World Pack. There are more from the original library on the second DVD of World Pack.
EDIT: I found at least 5 samples used in game music from just a small selection of demos to an old-ass library called Percussive Adventures (on Best Service's ProSamples vol. 33), but I am having some real trouble finding the library.. Even Pro Samples vol. 04 which is supposed to have at least a selection of samples from Percussive Adventures.
