I got a copy of this one and added images: insert (front, back), disc (front, reverse), back. There is nothing printed on the tray (it's black plastic) and there is no Obi (same as the Grounseed bonus album, also from EGG).
I added info to the notes about the sound source of the tracks per the info printed on the cover and back of the insert.
I also added track lengths to the track list.
