I've done some research on Tomoyuki Morikawa, and found its actually Toshiyuki Morikawa.
Zhane Valiant: Knuckle Heads' Tomoyuki Morikawa is a misromanization. Wikipedia lists the voice actor as Toshiyuki Morikawa, and Mirage lists 森川 智之. The kanji are easily recognizable as Toshiyuki Morikawa. This tells me that perhaps the CD maker themselves got the reading wrong, which would be a rarity! It came out in 1993, and to me that seemed early in Morikawa's career. He was fresh off of Tekkaman Blade when the game was released.
For further proof, Wiki lists him as Fujioka's VA in Knuckle Heads, so both Mirage (
