I'm not sure what to put for the label and / or the publisher.
"Produced by YAMAHA" (YAMAHA put in a frame) is written on the disc, the obi, the jacket back and the booklet back (see the different scans). Should we consider YAMAHA as a label here?

Yodobashi put King Record as release company, so maybe King Record Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer here, besides being the distributor?:
