There's no flaw. You're questioning why a track list was removed when the enclosure had none and there was absolutely no source to back that track list up other than your file sharing link. If you listened to this and compare it to the track list and said "they match up because i listened to them", that's different. Which is what next day did. Which is what you didn't do.
If there is ever any questionable edit you're going to make, post your reason why. It's rather simple. You're getting into a fit because yours was removed because you didn't bother to check it.
