For those still under the impression that this is an alias of Keisuke Tsukahara's, keep in mind that the only game listed under Tsukahara's Lead Participation Titles list from GALAXY FORCE II & THUNDER BLADE ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK that Chung worked on is ALIEN STORM on the MEGA DRIVE, which also credits SOUSEKI. Considering "lead participator", the fact that Ax Battler, a game where they are only sound artist, isn't in that list makes me certain that Psychedelic Chung is a completely different person.
