The only official credits we have right now are :

• Kenta Nagata : Title, The Great Sea, Dragon Roost Island, Earth God's Lyric and Aryll's Theme
• Hajime Wakai : Boss Clear Fanfare, Helmaroc King and Molgera
• Koji Kondo : Grandma

We don't have any official credit for Toru Minegishi.

We also know a few other things thanks to some interviews (I don't know if all of the sources for these are findable nowadays) :

• Kenta Nagata : he was the main composer
• Hajime Wakai : he did a lot of battle themes for the game

For all the other songs, we can only guess thanks to what we already know and each composer's style.
