I think this album was derived from the data on the game disc itself which explains a lot because a lot of early games on any system usually don't take full use of a system's sound capabilities like later ones do. "Critical Hit! (Fight Theme)" sounds as flat on Complete Tracks as it does in the game; the remastering on the OGS really took this track to new heights - solidifying the argument if you’re a fan there is no reason not to own both albums.

And as most here probably feel, it's a bummer the US/(PAL?) ending - which slays the Japanese ending vocal - didn't make it onto Complete Tracks, which makes it not so complete.

On a related note, I've played the game several times and don't ever remember hearing track 2-24 "Fragments of Hope, Revival". Can anyone else confirm that?
