There is a way to credit artists like that ("featured", shows the artist in blue), but there hasn't been much agreement on its use. For now let's leave the original composers.

Isn't there some kind of liner notes/composer talk in the booklets? Several Capcom albums have credits hidden in these. Ex. Nishigaki did Feilong according to
this.
