This interview is for Hyper Street Fighter II (for anyone who's wondering). Mitsuhiko Takano (green), who was the music arranger, is interviewing Abe (blue). Komio (こみお) (pink) is a nickname for Yuko Komiyama. (

Abe definitely goes in-depth about Dee Jay, and T. Hawk is always mentioned with Dee Jay, so those two are Abe's.

The only mention of Cammy and Fei Long is two sentence by Takano (a sentence separate from Dee Jay and T. Hawk discussion, mind you) that basically says 'I didn't do these four' (1st) and 'someone else did Cammy and Fei Long (2nd). That 'someone else' (1人) is obviously Syun Nishigaki.
